With a Design Master Plan you still get the same attentive treatment as our full-service clients, the only exception is you’ll be the one purchasing, installation, project management and styling on your own. We arm you with the information and you take it to the finish line!

 

We begin with a series of questions that will allow us to understand your needs – storage, budget, challenges, favorite colors, household poodle count—you know, the usual—plus your goals for the space.

 

You'll submit reference photos and measurements (don't worry, we have a guide) to your client portal. Then we schedule a Design Consult on Zoom, where we have a fun working meeting to talk through all of these ideas and inspiration and ask any other questions.   

 

Squirreled away with all of this information, we develop and provide a super clear, totally doable plan. You’ll also get a design presentation filled with floor plans, samples, furniture, and textiles – everything you need to create your ideal space. You’ll get step-by-step instructions to help you get it all done because we know any good plan needs a process. 

 

When everything is ordered and has arrived, you’ll have the option to upgrade to professional installation and styling of your space for an additional fee. 

 

We only take on three Design Master Plan services each quarter to make sure we are giving you the attention you deserve! This also means you might be on a waitlist, so don’t hesitate to book once you are ready! Once we’re ready to begin, you’ll get a contract and timeline, as well as your homework – questionnaires, shared folders, guides and more.

Design Master Plan packages are available for the following types of spaces:

• Large space packages (i.e., living/family room, dining room, porch or exterior room.) 

• Small space packages (i.e., powder rooms, foyers, and mudrooms)

• Finish-only packages for kitchens and baths that do not require any floor plan changes.
